Join us in-person at The Wool and The Floss for a very special Halloween Ribbon Class taught by Tamara Abdee of T Stitches.  Perfect for ribbon work newbies and experienced stitchers.  Tamara is an extraordinary stitcher who focuses on creative and dynamic ribbon work.  Read more about Tamara below.   Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to offer virtual components to this class. 

ABOUT TAMARA'S LOLLIPOP GARDEN SERIES:

The lollipop garden series was designed with new to-ribbons stitcher in mind, but pretty enough to appeal to experienced stitchers. The design gives the stitcher room to work on each individual flower without risk of pulling out previously complete work, which is a common frustration.  This kit features a few unique flowers, which are demonstrated to class participants.

 

CLASS INFO:
In person Class Dates: September 9 and 10, 2025
Class Limit: 12 people
Class Hours: Tuesday 9-4, Wed 9-12

Price is $835 non-refundable deposit of $400 due at sign up.  Balance of $435 be paid on September 1 via credit card on file or invoice.

ABOUT TAMARA:

A formal training in design along with 24 years in a creative field, means that colour, texture, scale and balance, comes naturally tome.

For the last 24 years, I have worked in the advertising world, working with home décor and lifestyle retailers, educating on trends & what to buy for their demographic markets, bringing products and lifestyles to life behind the scenes with photographers, stylists and designers.

My stitching is designed through a lens of balance, a place that draws you in, movement and texture to keep you engaged and always fabulous colour. My stitch guides are laid out in a clear and organized manner so that you can easily absorb the information and take it one step at a time!

My passion and knowledge for flowers comes from years of corporate floral design. Every seasonal piece I design is researched to make each flower as authentic as possible.
