Troubleshooting information: We have found that the following steps usually resolve any issues.
1. Plug in the straightener to charge. The light should turn red. Let it charge for 20 minutes.
2. Unplug the straightener completely and unlock/open it using the small white button on the bottom.
3. Hold the power button down until the light turns green and you see the white light next to the temperature settings. You can then press the button to adjust the temperature as needed.
4. The device should begin heating within one minute.
5. Hold the power button again to turn it off.
