FINISHING UPDATE AS OF FEBRUARY 7, 2025
In a continuation of re-opening our finishing, you may now send in anything that was purchased at The Wool & The Floss. As a part of Phase Two, all finishing categories are now open.
Please note, in phase two, we will only be accepting canvases with our “Wool & the Floss” tape. We plan to expand into a third phase in the coming months once we have moved our shop and are settled. In the meantime, it's of the utmost importance to us to not completely inundate our finishers and staff.
We request that you ship no more than one package a month and limit it to 6 items per box. There are ALWAYS exceptions. These exceptions include sets that need to be finished as a group. Anything that you would like to have finished “the same” or to compliment each other.
Please send completed finishing forms with all items in order to expedite the finishing process.

Leather Purses & Clutches
We are no longer be accepting Leather Purses/clutches. There are some fabulous finishers out there that deal directly with the customer. We are moving toward you contacting and sending items directly to them. You will most likely receive your finished items faster and will have direct access to the leather finisher for communicating your finishing dream.
