FINISHING UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 16, 2025

We are pleased to announce, we are ready to SLOWLY start accepting your finished work.  Our goal is to control the immediate, short term, influx of incoming finishing.  We plan to expand what we will accept in the future, but in the meantime, it's of the utmost importance to us to not completely inundate our finishers and staff.  

Thank you for your patience. Our goal with our pause had been to give our finishers a chance to catch up, and now that we are slowly opening up, to shorten the length of time you will have to wait to see your finished projects.

Please see below information on what we are currently accepting.

1. For the foreseeable future, we will only be accepting canvases with our “Wool & the Floss” tape.

We strive to be a full service shop for all of our fabulous customers and we take a great deal of pride in what we stock for sale. If any of you have received one of your canvases kitted by one of the Flossettes, you know the time and thought we put into our thread pulls: we really do pull like we were going to stitch it ourselves. Seeing the finished project back to us for finishing is the most rewarding thing.

2. Finishing services that are resuming for canvases that have Wool & the Floss tape:
- Flat Back Ornaments
- Inserts for Acrylic Coasters/Candy Dishes/Trays (with or without a pocket for the Acrylic Easel Stand)
- Hanging Signs (with or without a pocket for the Acrylic Easel Stand)
- Eyeglass Cases
- 3D Ornaments on Hangers (Shifts, sweaters, etc…)
- Mini Socks / Mini Stockings
- Leather trays
- A true easel back with a fabric kick stand (similar to what would be on the back of a picture frame)
- Items from our Pretty Packages Club

3. Items we are continuing to accept for canvases with The Wool & The Floss tape:

- Pillows (fabric must be 'finishers choice' or supplied by customer)
- Full size stockings
- Leather Belts
- Purse Straps
- Leather Key Fobs
- Fabric (non-leather) Clutches

Lastly, we will no longer be accepting Leather Purses/clutches. There are some fabulous finishers out there that deal directly with the customer. We are moving toward you contacting and sending items directly to them. You will most likely receive your finished items faster and will have direct access to the leather finisher for communicating your finishing dream.

We request that you ship no more than one package a month and limit it to 6 items per box. There are ALWAYS exceptions. These exceptions include sets that need to be finished as a group i.e. LePoint Houses, Nativity Sets, 12 Days Club, Nutcracker Club, Pretty Packages Club, anything that you would like to have finished “the Same” or to Compliment each other.
