Finishing Basics
Welcome to The Wool & The Floss. Thank you for trusting us with your needlepoint finishing needs. We offer a wide variety of finishing services that are sure to bring your works of art to life.
To submit your projects to us in person:
- Please feel free to visit us in person to submit any canvas you have stitched. We will be happy to work with you to make your vision come to life.
- We ask that you submit no more than 6 projects per month*.
To submit your projects via mail:
- To control volume of finishing submissions, we ask that you only send canvases with Wool & Floss tape. This ensures that we can take care of our customers by taking their projects from the start, to the perfect finish.
- We ask that you submit no more than 6 projects per month*.
Please send completed finishing forms with all items in order to expedite the finishing process. There should be one form per item, unless part of a set. If you are submitting a set that you want finished the same way, please submit only one form.

*We will make exceptions for sets over 6 items that need to be finished as a group.This includes anything that you would like to have finished “the same” or to compliment each other.Such as: Nativities, 12 Days of Christmas, Noah’s Ark, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT A MAXIMUM OF SIX ITEMS PER MONTH
If more than 6 are sent in, the remaining items will be held until the next month. Thank you for your understanding as we work to make sure that we can take care of all of our customer's finishing needs.
Finishing Forms
When requesting finishing services, please download and complete our finishing forms below and send with your pieces. Completion of this form is required for finishing sent by mail. Please fill out one form per item.

Leather Purses & Clutches
We are no longer be accepting Leather Purses/clutches. There are some fabulous finishers out there that deal directly with the customer. We are moving toward you contacting and sending items directly to them. You will most likely receive your finished items faster and will have direct access to the leather finisher for communicating your finishing dream.
