Events at W&F

We have three primary event types at The Wool & The Floss. Two annual retreats focused on building knowledge and friendship bringing stitchers from all over the U.S. and our monthly workshop focused on skills development. KISS Retreat

Our KISS (Keep it Simple Stitcher) retreat is 2 days of fun, stitching and camaraderie here in Michigan. We provide attendees with lists of recommended local restaurants and accommodations, as well as points of interest to visit. This is a choose your own adventure experience.

There is no formal education part of this retreat, however attendees tend to go home with new knowledge and friendships.

PIO Retreat

PIO (Pointing it out podcast) Spring retreat - Includes a welcome reception with Detroit style eats and drinks, 2 full days of off-site stitching, access to multiple exclusive trunk show vendors and their products. A shuttle between the shop and stitching venue is included, as well as a catered lunch both days. We provide attendees with lists of recommended local restaurants and accommodations, as well as points of interest to visit.
