Playful, colorful, and full of thoughtful detail, the Needlepoint Mahjong Tiles bring together two beloved pastimes in one beautifully designed set. Inspired by the tools, stitches, fibers, and finishing details of needlepoint, each tile reimagines traditional mahjong iconography through a distinctly needlepoint-inspired lens.

The tiles are constructed in four layered colors: white, green, hot pink, and light pink, and finished with a combination of UV printing and engraving for added dimension and visual interest. Every suit has been intentionally redesigned to celebrate the needlepoint world while keeping gameplay recognizable and easy to follow.

The Dot suit features basketweave stitch diagrams, with the Soap tile transformed into a needlepoint canvas stretched on stretcher bars. The Bamboo suit is reimagined as threaded needles, while the Birdy Bam features a bird carrying a skein of needlepoint thread. (Note: To improve contrast and readability, all Bams/Needles will feature dark green needles with light green thread. Product images may show an earlier version of the design). The Crak suit consists of colorful needlepoint thread cards, creating a playful nod to the fibers used in every project.

The Green and Red Dragons are inspired by dragon-shaped needle threaders, while the NEWS tiles feature embroidery scissors with the blades positioned to correspond with North, East, West, and South like a compass.

The Flower tiles showcase designs from the Lucky Lotus Needlepoint Flowers of America collection, imagined as finished needlepoint ornaments. The Jokers complete the set with an assortment of playful needlepoint supplies and tools, adding personality and even more stitching-inspired details throughout.
